How to know if my order has been received?

Once an order is completed, fill in the shipping information and proceed with the payment. Customers will receive an email confirming the order information and being updated on the order status.

Your order has been received by the system. Please wait for our staff to confirm and pack your order.

Currently being packed

The order has been placed. Packing in progress.

Transferred to the delivery unit

Your order has been packed and shipped.

Delivery is on its way

The order has been received by the delivery unit and is on its way to the address. Please be prepared to have the delivery staff contact you for delivery, or cash for orders that choose to pay on delivery.

Order has been canceled

The order has been canceled for the reason stated.
